One-of-my-oldest-blue-clowns


Wonderful Saturday but a lot of chores plus, I am going to do a work out with Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies. Our little “5 For 5” exercise program is working for me! I am doing something, so that is a plus. I hope it helps!

Breakfast: Soy-Nut Pancakes with Strawberry-Banana Sauce

Lunch: Turkey and Red Bean Chili and tossed salad

Dinner: Soy Good Maple-Glazed Salmon and Edamame Shelled Soybeans
