Day 101 Peppers

Well, I start my next 100 days! I love this way of eating! I hope you guys will stay with me to the end! I also wish that if you have come to my site searching for a good way to lose weight and get healthy…you will stick around because I believe this is the solution! I have been eating more veggies this week; I wanted to try this to see if it would get me off the 1-pound-a-week-weight-loss. I would love to lose 2 pounds this week! We’ll see! Only one more day and I will weigh in! But, tonight I will have a little small treat…and enjoy a pear snack.

Breakfast: Flax Protein shake (Now I will start on the protein shake from Dr. Hyman’s store the Blood Sugar Solution Store).

Lunch: Veggies with Honey Almond Butter Spread

Snack: Poached Pears and Cashew Cream

Dinner: Cha Ca Thang Long (Vietnamese Style Fish with Turmeric and Dill) and a side dish of Kale, mushrooms, garlic, carrots and celery
