Fruit up your water Day 99

Starting off my Monday thanking God for all my blessings! He has provided another day of great foods to eat and help to make me lose weight and enjoy the process. You can’t ask for anything more!

Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: celery, carrots, cucumber, asparagus, adzuki beans and nuts

Dinner: California Blend Steamed Vegetables
