Friday!! Here at last! I have the weekend to get caught up around the house and plan more wonderful nutritious meals! I want to try and eat more green vegetables this week. This is when my previous entries will serve a purpose. I will be able to go back to find the dishes that I have had that will work for this coming week.
Breakfast: Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: green peas, celery, carrots, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes
Dinner: Asian Bean Salad with Tahini Dressing
