
Great day with good foods to rely on! I love it. My breakfast shake was pretty good with the chia seeds. I feel like I was really having something that was good for me and that would supply me with energy to face the day. And it did!
Breakfast: Flax and chia seeds Protein Shake
Lunch: mixed salad with cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms, strawberries and feta cheese, turkey sausage, olives and nuts
Dinner: Chomp Burger with green salad
