Wonderful Monday morning! I had a good weekend and was ready to go back to work this morning. Yea, hard to believe but I’m saying it! The meals I have planned for today are just perfect. I loved my lunch today…a little bit of sweet and tang with the combination that I had. I put the chia seeds in my breakfast shake today so that I could test it to see if it would give me more energy. Hummm, maybe that is why today started off well.
Breakfast: Flax and chia seeds Protein Shake
Lunch: celery with feta cheese, cucumbers and carrots with broccoli slaw and nuts
Dinner: Roast Chicken with Balsamic Bell Peppers and salad
