Turkey sausage for breakfast? Well, that was what I was going to have but I decided to go to the early church service and forgot all about eating! The fact is that I rarely get hungry and I believe it is because I am eating more consistently throughout the day that my system doesn’t have a chance to miss nourishment. I also usually don’t have a snack between meals and I have limited my intake of foods during all meals to a small plate. It is working and I have to thank God every day for helping me to be introduced to Dr. Hyman’s Blood Sugar Solution program. It is so amazing to me that this program is working and continues to work! I wore a top today that I have not been able to wear in three years! And I have noticed that my pocket book strap stays put on my shoulder! I love it! Happy Sunday everyone!
