Wonderful menu plan today! I love a Saturday when I can go at my own pace, doing chores and cooking these delicious foods. Organization is the key to any successful weight loss program, really most anything that you try to accomplish! I hope you all are enjoying the weekend!
Breakfast: Turkey Breakfast Sausage and one scrambled eggs with Asiago cheese
Lunch: California Blend Steamed Vegetables and 6 blue corn tortilla chips
Dinner: Chomp Burger with Broccoli slaw and sauteed squash with onions
