
This day hasn’t really begun yet but I already have my menu planned for today so I will post it early this morning. I plan on cooking something “Turkey” over the weekend but tonight I will be having a simple dinner. But boy do I love those black beans! I fixed another batch of the brownies last night so will take some of them to work to share. I’ll let you know what the people thought of them. I am also going to cut back on the fruit this week so I only added flax to my protein shake this morning. It is funny because I thought I had vanilla protein shake but without the fruit I realized it was strawberry. By the way, the protein shake that I ordered from Dr. Hyman’s site has not arrived yet but it’s alright because I still have more of the other stuff. Breakfast: Protein and Flax Shake
Lunch: Salad with Simply Dressed salad dressing, 3 prunes, 2 dates, a few raisins, nuts and Brownies (minus the banana treat)
Dinner: Black beans and Crispy Pan-Browned Red Potatoes
