This is my 85th day! I am amazed how easy this plan is. I don’t feel like I’m even on a “diet”. I love the food and I am eating well. Another thing I have noticed is that I don’t get hungry or snack between meals. A couple of snacks a day is actually part of the plan but I only have one occasionally. My snacks consist of almond butter spread with mixed veggies or broccoli with almond butter and agave nectar. Both are good for you so it makes it great to be able to have something like that when I want it. My day has been great although, I am completely worn out so no gym today! It is 96 degrees here today and feels like 105 degrees! I am trying to stay cool.
Breakfast: Blueberry-Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: cherry tomatoes, 2 prunes, 2 dates, palm size raisins and nuts
Dinner: Scallops Poached in Thai Coconut Curry Broth and salad
