Butterfly Day 42

July is here now…and we have started it off celebrating the 4th of July. Tonight we are having a ‘church family get-together’ at the church to celebrate the 4th of July. I’m taking some of my healthy dishes, I hope people will like it. And I hope I can resist all the holiday foods that will be there! So, I need to update my dinner menu tonight…I don’t think I did too bad. At least I hope not.

Breakfast: Blueberry-Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Kale with Mushrooms and Onions and Tilapia

Dinner: 3 small carrots, 2 spoonfuls of black beans, 1 large spoonful of white beans, 1 small ear of corn, 1 deviled egg, 1 barbeque chicken leg and 3 small chunks of watermelon.
