Boy, I have some good meals planned for today! I can’t wait to have the apple-soy salmon tonight. I have cooked it before and it is ‘to die for’. I love this way of eating and as long as you stay ahead of the game and take just a little bit of time each day to plan your meals then you just can’t go wrong. The meal planning gets easier as you go along too. Let’s face it, you have to make choices every day of what you will eat or not eat…so why not choose something that is good for you and if you have those extra pounds to lose it will work for that as well?
Breakfast: Blueberry and Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Celery, carrots, cucumbers (almond butter for dipping veggies), cherry tomatoes and nuts
Dinner: Apple-Soy Roasted Salmon and Herb-Roasted Squash
