Day 81

My day started off really well…I even got to work earlier than I usually do. But then the guys called and wanted to come and fix my garage side door so I had to come home for them to get in. It’s great to get the work done here at the house and I will take care of business at work when it is done. I have my meals ready for today so thought I would go ahead and post the line up. It should be a good day!

Breakfast: Blueberry and Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: celery, carrots, broccoli, dates, olives, pickles and nuts

Dinner: Pan-Browned Tilapia and Herb-Roasted Squash
