What a Monday! I haven’t had any energy at all today but I did finish the day out and now I can enjoy my dinner at home. All my meals are planned for today but I may cook the Herb Roasted Squash later today. I was very happy that I had the Coconut Dal for lunch because it has a lot of protein in it and proved to be just what I needed!
Breakfast: Banana-Blueberry Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Coconut Dal, prunes, raisins, dates and nuts
Snack: Brownie and Banana Treat
Dinner: Almond-Flax Crusted Chicken
