It’s a wonderful Sunday. I have my meals all planned. I was going to cook up another new dish today but I can’t find soy flour so I will wait till I can check more places. It will be nice to take another day off from KP…just kidding. I really enjoy cooking. I have not cooked one meal, so far that turned out so bad that I had to toss it. I think that is a good record. Easy day ahead! I hope you all enjoy the day and thank you all so much for the support in my efforts to ‘get healthy’.

Lunch: Coconut Dal
Dinner: Almond-Flax Crusted Chicken and salad
