So happy it is Friday! It has been a great day so far and I have enjoyed my menus for the day. The Blood Sugar Solution program is working! And I love it!
Breakfast: Tangerine-Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives, pickles, green peas and nuts
Dinner: Roasted Quinoa with Kale and Almonds, Tangerine Shrimp and tossed salad
