
I have to wonder if I am becoming a skinny person in my mind…that’s what ‘they’ say all the time. I am sure you’ve heard ‘them’ say…”Well, I just forget to eat”. Anyway, that is exactly what happened to me this morning. I was at work at least an hour before I remembered that I had not had breakfast. I am so happy I didn’t forget my lunch!
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives, pickles and nuts
Dinner: Tangerine Shrimp
