Day 72

I have been feeling out of sorts lately…really sick but thank the good Lord I was able to stay on track with my meals and not binge on any frankenfoods!! The meals I’ve had for the past week have been already made before I became sick or were a simple one dish meal. The Coconut Dal was just what I needed tonight!

Breakfast: Watermelon-Blueberry and Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Dinner: Coconut Dal with Steamed Broccoli and Brown Rice
