I woke in the middle of the night feeling so sick, with chills and fever. I haven’t felt well at all today and have been sleeping most of the day. My meals were changed because I couldn’t cook anything and didn’t feel like eating. So, the shakes came in handy with fruit. I only added protein mix with the breakfast shake.
