Day 69 Row of Veggies

These meals couldn’t be beat… a nice restful Saturday with good food from my kitchen. I may not have liked the Black Bean Confetti Salad when eaten alone, but it is very good when it is wrapped in a collard green leaf. By the way, this is my 69th day of not having any white sugar, white flour, processed foods, or sugary drinks. I’m on a roll now! And I’m loving it. The Blood Sugar Solution is a plan that’s working with good food to eat!

Breakfast: Watermelon-Blueberry and Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Black Bean Confetti Salad with one collard green wrap

Dinner: 5-Minute Collard Greens
