Today has been a good, restful day. Dr. Hyman tells us in his book to always prepare our menus the day before, so as long as I do that I will not be tempted to eat the wrong thing. However, this being my 68th day with the Blood Sugar Solution program, I would have to go to the store to get any of the bad stuff. And that is good news—it means my kitchen is full of good things to eat.
Breakfast: Blueberry and Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Creamy Cauliflower Soup, celery, carrots, cucumbers, olives, pickles and nuts
Dinner: Collard Green wraps with Black Bean Confetti
