I was supposed to go for a stress test this morning but I had to cancel because my back ache from yesterday turned into a little more than a back ache…to say the least, I’m not feeling well at all. But, thank the good Lord I had most of my meals already cooked before this happened and today as been a good day as far as my meals are concerned. Good easy attainable foods…right in my own kitchen. When you feel so bad it is wonderful to have your meals ready.
Breakfast: Peach-Apple and Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Vegetable Omelet with Manchego Cheese
Dinner: Creamy Cauliflower Soup and salad with avocado, tomato, celery, carrots and lettuce
