Day 66

My blog entry is really late getting posted today because I came home from work with a terrible back ache. I was so happy to finish my day before it started hurting really bad…like it did when I started cooking. But, I was able to cook my dishes for dinner but had to rest after that was finished. I didn’t get to taste both dishes but I will have them tomorrow night. Tomorrow is weigh-in day, I hope I don’t forget.

Breakfast: Strawberry and Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Celery, Cauliflower, Cucumbers, olives, pickles, watermelon and nuts

Dinner: Creamy Cauliflower Soup and Black Bean Confetti Salad
