Watermelon Day 62

A great Saturday has rolled around again. This day will be full of house repairs, cleaning and work in the gardens. I will enjoy staying active and I won’t be lacking on my food consumption today. Wonderful meals planned! I absolutely believe organization, preparation and consistency are the key attributes that will help you succeed in your weight loss program. When you are prepared, when all the meals are planned, one thing is for sure: you will not find yourself standing in front of the refrigerator, famished, and ready to grab anything that pops out at you! One reason is that you will be well satisfied with your food intake and never have that feeling. But if by chance, life throws you off your plan and you miss a meal, you will grab something delicious and healthy from your well-organized refrigerator that you’ve stocked with healthy choices.

Breakfast: Watermelon and Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Sun Dried Tomato Frittata

Dinner: Lentil and Chicken Stew and salad
