A very good Friday. I am busy with work and a few home repairs but I am eating so good with a lot less trouble than going to the fast food places. I used to think of fast food stores as the common ones like McDonald’s, Burger King, Krystal or Wendy’s but now I also think any restaurant as a fast food place. I’m sure I will go to restaurants again but I will make sure of what I am eating to the best of my ability and order the most real food that they have on their menus.
Breakfast: Peach and Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Lentil and Chicken Stew (about 1/4 cup), celery, carrots, cauliflower (my three c’s), pickles and olives and nuts.
Dinner: Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Burgers and salad with Simply Dressed salad dressing
