Today I’m celebrating my 60-day Jubi-lean. It has been a good day…weigh-in day. I lost half a pound but at least the weight is leaving my body, leaving me leaner! It is hard to wait patiently for a lean body, but I try and focus on the wonderful foods that I am enjoying and not think about how much I’m losing, or how many more pounds I will have to lose, to be even leaner. I keep reminding myself that this will be the last time I will ever have to ‘lose weight’ again. I really do believe that it will be. With the Blood Sugar Solution program you can’t help but lose weight and get lean if you do without all the processed foods, white sugar and white flour. I’m pretty much eating all I want with these good food combinations, so I shouldn’t have to change any of my new eating habits when I reach that bottom number. (did I say number? well, I’m just using the number as a reference to how well I will feel at a certain number (weight)…in my case it’s around 145 but I would bet, very easily that I will be able to lose more and be leaner for my 120th-day Jubi-lean.
Breakfast: Kiwi Fruit and Flax Protein Shake
Lunch: Chicken, celery, carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower and nuts
Dinner: Lentil and Chicken Stew
