Day 55

Oh how I love Saturdays! Today has been a very good day even though I have been busy! It is so amazing to me that I have more energy and I am able to get more things done than I used to in a day. I have had a great workout at the gym today, 1 mile on the treadmill, 5 minutes on the stationary bike and 5 minutes on the elliptical. In the weight room I did the same 15 machines all for 10 reps with 10 pounds. I will increase this as I get stronger. I also went shopping for a wedding gift and did a little bit of grocery shopping. I will attend the wedding later today. This morning I also created a new dish…another Frittata. It turned out really well and I have posted it as a recipe.

Breakfast: Sun Dried Tomato Frittata and Kiwi fruit

Lunch: Celery and Parmesan cheese

Dinner: Stir-Fried Chicken and Broccoli with Cashews
