Day 54

I have an excuse for not going to the gym today. For some reason my knee started hurting so bad that I could barely walk. Honest it did…so I came home after work. But, it was a good day and I did work hard while at work. I didn’t eat much lunch today, but I didn’t notice the difference. Maybe I take too much for lunch, but I like to have it on hand in case I really need some nourishment. Like the Scouts, my motto is “Be prepared.”

Breakfast: Blueberry and Flax Protein Shake

Lunch: Pork Tenderloin and nuts

Dinner: Stir-Fried Chicken and Broccoli with Cashews
