Wonderful day! I worked and I mean hard too so I didn’t go to the gym. haha. I know, I should go even after I work so hard to be able to increase my strength but today is Friday so I wimped out. However, I have eaten really well and I’m sure I’ve eaten less too. The picture to the left is my sweet new little dishes that I store the flax seed in. Having them sitting on the table makes it more convenient to sprinkle on my foods.
Breakfast: Protein shake with flax seed
Lunch: celery, Parmesan cheese, olives, pickles and nuts
Dinner: Chicken Cacciatore and salad
