Day 45


Happy Wednesday. Church night. I love to go and hear what Brother Charlie speaks about. I have had a good day and I was able to go to the gym this morning…another mile on the treadmill. And my meals today have been wonderful! In fact, I think I’m eating too good to lose any weight this week. Tomorrow we’ll find out. If I don’t lose any more than a pound this week I believe I will start cutting back on the amount of food that I eat.

Breakfast: Protein shake with flax seed

Lunch: pork tenderloin, mixed vegetables, cauliflower with cashew butter, honey and pecans and nuts

Dinner: Pork Tenderloin and broccoli salad
