Day 44

I have decided to try going to the gym before I go to work. I am so beat when I get off work that going any where but home is just too hard. So, this morning before work I went to the gym and worked out for about 30 minutes. Only did the treadmill for one mile. I am hoping that the more I do this, the more I will be able to do!

Breakfast: protein shake with flax seed

Lunch: Larabar, broccoli and cauliflower salad with agave nectar and nuts

Dinner: Chicken and mixed vegetables

  1. This is an excellent idea! Many people prefer to exercise in the morning. It helps jump-start the day and provides more energy for the long day ahead. Good thinking!

  2. Thanks Min, for all your comments and support. I’ll let you know how this works. Since I’m only able to do one mile on the treadmill, I believe I’ll try and go every day during the week. So, I’m starting out good this week and have been yesterday and today.
