This is Saturday and I had to work but I did more than I should have yesterday to make today easier so I was finished in 3 hours. I didn’t even have time to eat my lunch. I brought it home and will have it at noon here at my dining table. I love eating at my table! I’ll do some work in the yard so that will be my ‘movement exercise’ today. I’m having such a good time with this program! I go to Dr Hyman’s website a lot just to tell him thank you for making the Blood Sugar Solution program so available to me!
Breakfast: Protein shake with flax seeds
Lunch: vegetable medley, pickles, olives and nuts
Dinner: Creamy Chickpea Soup, Chicken with zucchini, carrots and onions and collard greens
