This is a wonderful way to enjoy and put a little change in raw veggies. It is so easy to make that I made it before going into work. I like to be prepared but this was a ‘spur of the moment’ decision to try one of Dr. Hyman’s dips. And it gives you a great boost of energy at mid-day! Enjoy it with fruits too.
- ¼ cup raw almond butter
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (or agave nectar)
- pinch of cardamon
- Combine all ingredients. Use as dip with apples, pears, or raw vegetables. (note if you are on the advanced plan, use this dip only with veggies).
