Honey Almond Butter Spread

Honey Almond Butter Spread

This is a wonderful way to enjoy and put a little change in raw veggies. It is so easy to make that I made it before going into work. I like to be prepared but this was a ‘spur of the moment’ decision to try one of Dr. Hyman’s dips. And it gives you a great boost of energy at mid-day! Enjoy it with fruits too.

  1. How did I miss this one? I only saw it today. Wikipedia says that cardamon is the “world’s third most expensive spice by weight, outstripped in market value only by saffron and vanilla”.

    • Well, the little bottle that I have was about 6 dollars so I would have to agree with you! But, it is lasting a long time…so that’s good.
