Day 40

Nu Step

Boy, what a day! We were so busy at work but when it was all over with I was still able to complete one mile on the Nu Step! I have had wonderful foods today! I’m wondering why in the world I have not tried this before.

Breakfast: protein shake with flax seed

Lunch: celery, carrots, cauliflower, vegetable medley, chicken and nuts (also Honey Almond Butter Spread, veggie dip)

Dinner: Apple-Soy Roasted Salmon, collard greens and 1/2 cup of Creamy Chickpea Soup

  1. When food is fresh and deliciously prepared, it isn’t so difficult to maintain a healthy diet. No more food additives! I’m so happy for you!

  2. I have to say…this has been the easiest way I have ever lost any weight. I now feel it. I can’t wait to see my heart doctor next month. I might can stop another medication!
