Day 39

This has been a very good day. I was feeling really tired after work but I managed to get myself to the mall and walked for 30 minutes. I watched the Ultra Mind Solution video by Dr. Hyman last night and one thing I remember about the session was to walk at least 30 minutes a day. I will try to do that from now on!!

Breakfast: protein shake and flax seed

Lunch: chicken, vegetable medley, celery, carrots, cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, pickles, olives and nuts

Dinner: Apple-Soy Roasted Salmon, collard greens and black beans with onions
