Day 38

Salt and Pepper number 38

Only one more day and I will weigh. I don’t look forward to that because I don’t believe I have lost any weight this week. I try not to worry about that too much but it’s very hard. I know I’m eating healthy now but I also know I need to add more movement to my daily schedule. I’ll work on that. Thank you all for the tons of support that I am getting from this blog! It really helps a lot.

Breakfast: Protein shake with flax seed

Lunch: chicken, raw veggies, olives, pickles and nuts

Dinner: Roast chicken, mixed veggies and collard greens.

  1. Someday—soon!—you’ll find yourself focusing on how you feel, not on what the number on the scale is. You’ll feel so healthy that you might even forget to weigh! Wouldn’t that be a welcome relief!? Hey, you’ll feel like dancing!

  2. You are so right. I believe eating this way forever more will make my life so much better. I will be a ‘normal’ weight and will not have to focus at all on how I look or dress or what the scales read. I’m so looking forward to that.
