I have had a very good day today. I did a little bit of exercises …the New Step for 15 minutes which was one mile. And the meals today have been wonderful. No complaints with these recipes! But, I wonder how in the world I will lose any weight this week because I think I’m eating “too good”. haha. Along with the mulivitamins I have also started adding flax seed to my morning protein shake. From Dr Hyman’s book, The Blood Sugar Solution he tells us to include flax seed in our diets and it may also lessen the severity of diabetes by stabilizing blood-sugar levels.
Breakfast: Protein shake with also a small banana and flax seed added
Snack: celery, carrots, cauliflower, vegetable medley and nuts
Lunch: Zucchini and Onions
Dinner: Chicken and vegetables (zucchini, onions and carrots)
