Not much happened today but boy was I happy to wake up to Friday! I wasn’t able to finish my lunch at work so when I got home I added a small bowl of chili with it. If you haven’t tried the Turkey and Red Bean Chili yet, I hope you will print out my recipe from my blog page and create the dish for yourself. It is amazingly soooo yum! By the way, I am going to be like Julie in the movie Julie & Julia and cook my way through The Ultra Metabolism Cookbook by Dr. Mark Hyman. And I just might share with all of you most of the dishes! What FUN!!!
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: small bowl of Turkey and Red Bean Chili, celery, carrots, cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, olives, pickles and nuts.
Dinner: Turkey Meat Loaf, kale with Parmesan cheese and zucchini with onions.
