
I have had a great day. I don’t think people can look at me right now and realize I have lost weight but I am beginning to feel it. This morning when I began to wash my face, it felt like I could feel the bones a little more. I love it! And the food today has been wonderful.
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Larabar and rice milk (my reduction weigh-in day treat. Yeah! )
Lunch: Salad with agave nectar, pickles, olives, black beans (only a couple of spoonfuls) and nuts.
Dinner:Chicken marinated with Classic Rub (spices made by my friends James and Karen) and a loaded salad with Simply Dressed Ranch dressing.
