I remembered my breakfast this morning but didn’t have lunch till I returned home. Work was finished so I was able to enjoy my lunch at my own table. Two meal Turkey Day but at least they are both very different and also white meat vs red meat.
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: small bowl of Turkey and Red Bean Chili, 3 spoonfuls of black beans, celery, carrots, cauliflower and nuts.
Dinner: Turkey Meat Loaf and salad (mushrooms, spring onion, celery, carrots, avocado, cherry tomatoes with baby Italian Style mix of salad greens)
