I’m up early this morning, getting ready for church. It’s going to be a great day today and I plan on reading the day away… maybe I’ll find more interesting knowledge about the Blood Sugar Solution that will enhance my efforts to continue eating this way. Although, I really have not had a problem with the meals, or hunger, or food preparations. However, I am very fortunate to have my sister staying with me right now and when I am so beat after working she has been so kind to prepare good meals for us.
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: Olive and Egg Frittata with zucchini, onions and mushrooms.
Dinner: Chomp Burger and black beans (again no bun or broccoli slaw)
