Well, I hurt my back yesterday and it was so bad at work that I almost had to come home. Didn’t make it to the gym today…had to give it a rest. But, I hope to go back tomorrow. I enjoyed my meals today and I was completely satisfied. It’s amazing to me that I don’t crave diet soda or sweets… but I haven’t had anything to drink but water since 9 April 12. The only sweet things I’ve had were from honey, peanut butter and agave. It’s working Thank The Lord!!!
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: celery, carrots, beans, chicken and nuts
Lunch: one piece of chicken
Dinner: Turkey Meat Loaf and butter beans
