I have felt pretty tired and weak today and also short of breath. I don’t know why but I still finished working all day. But, I will go to church tonight so will rest from the gym.
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: celery, cauliflower, beans, chicken, Parmesan cheese and nuts. Little portions of all.
Dinner: Shrimp Baguette: Shrimp with Vidalia onions, zucchini, carrots and mushrooms.
Note: if you don’t like hot stuff then I recommend cutting the ingredients in half. I will be sure to do this next time. However, it does have a wonderful flavor with the shrimp.
