I had to start back to work today after 4 days off so it was tough…but I did well with my eating plan. However, tonight I have a headache. They seem to come just before I eat but once I have a little bite they go away. But, tonight…it is still with me after my last meal. So, I’ll do what Dr. Hyman suggests and go to sleep.

Lunch: Green Salad with Agave Nectar
Dinner: Turkey Meat Loaf with Green Salad (Italian dressing)
