This morning I weighed in. If you recall, my last weight on April 19 was 221 lbs. Now I am 218 lbs. Another 3 lbs. have bit the dust! YEAH!!!
Breakfast: Two scrambled eggs & sausage patties (almost finished with this delicious sausage & won’t be buying more because sausage is not on my BSS plan).
Lunch: Chicken, white beans, collard greens
