Day 17

Worked all day. I did not go to the Activity Center today for a work-out, but I did make it to Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting.

Breakfast: Protein shake

Snack: Larabar fruit/nut bar, 1 oz. sunflower seeds

Lunch: Celery, Parmesan cheese, broccoli with peanut butter, nuts

Dinner: Chicken, collard greens
