Day 16

I  went to the hair salon after work today. Then I went to the Activity Center & walked 1-mile on the treadmill.

Breakfast: Protein shake

Lunch: Chicken, pickles, green olives, peas, nuts

Dinner: Tilapia fish sauteed with onions, mushroom, yellow squash & kale

Since I am on the Advanced BSS program, I should not eat squash.
