Day 15

Today I worked at two facilities & walked 1-mile on the treadmill at the Activity Center.

Breakfast: Protein shake

Snack: Nuts, peas, chicken

Lunch: Fruit/nut bar, glass of rice milk, cup of applesauce*

Dinner: Chicken & collard greens

* My lunch items are not on the BSS program. I organized my food pantry so wanted to clear it of things that I won’t be eating on the plan.
