Day 13

Today I deep-cleaned my kitchen cabinets & pulled weeds in the gardens.

Breakfast: Deviled eggs & sausage*

Lunch: Tilapia fish sauteed in onions, mushrooms & collard greens

* Sausage is not on the BSS program and also not good heart food but I’m trying to clean out my refrigerator & food pantry, so cooked sausage, making sure to ‘pat out’ the excess oil.
