I started this program on April 9 and I weighed 227 lbs.Today I weighed in at 221 lbs. It is incredible to me how much eating good wholesome foods really does stop the cravings for the packaged foods and or sugary drinks. I have to say the more I am drinking only water, the better it taste. And I am one that really hated water… and yes, I would go as far as to say “hate”! Since the early 70’s diet coke, diet sprite or sweet tea were the only fluids I consumed. But, now after 11 days of just water, it is tasting better and better. And the best thing is I don’t really crave the other…even sweet tea. I worked on storing my Easter decorations today, so didn’t go to the gym. Plus, I worked all day!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Nuts, pickles, green olives, carrots & cauliflower
Lunch: Shrimp & Spinach Salad (left-over from yesterday’s lunch)
Dinner: Bowl of white beans
